Meeting called to order 6:56

Old Business:
Secretary report approved as read.
Treasurer report presented.
Balance decreased by $186.44
Reviewed Host Gator expense 3 years paid for at $155.51, was determined a good deal since annual fee is $75.00.
Tarp purchase offered to club. $23.98 motion approved to purchase. Motion to pay expenses listed on report approved

Upcoming Zombie Show- Scheduled for Friday, August 28 at 5:00pm. Water bottle springs for prizes. Youth Show will be in Show A. Youth awards were needed. Kate volunteered to prepare Youth Show Awards. Pot Luck prior to 5:00 show start. Pioneer Cavy is providing the main dish of potatoes with some purple potatoes. Those attending are asked to bring toppings, sides, and deserts.

Upcoming Rupert Show: September 25, at 9:00am in Rupert Idaho at the Fair Grounds. Cory is preparing awards for this show. 15 Awards for Placements, Pioneer has ribbons. Youth awards are also needed. Total awards needed: 32. Nancy Wiley is leading the raffle. Utah is having a meeting at Lunch at the Brick Yard since it is a place Robert Spritzer enjoyed before.

There are hotels in Burley for those who are traveling up the night before.

Cory Presented: There are still a good deal of photos to add to the updated website. Dana will get fliers to Cory. Officers and other may post on the site. There will be an application link added, we have the option to put in show forms. Calendar of events. Western Idaho Fair will be added. Local Breeders and Resources will be listed. We will be contacting Vet clinics and see if they would be willing to pay an annual fee of $10 to advertise on our website. Pick content area and ask people to send in information on areas. Also will be adding a page to get ready for a show, put in schedules and list correct varieties for breeds. Pull sample page for content. Emails to redirect to officer emails. Show rules still need to be added. 5 main positions will be shown with email contact information. Directors will only have names listed.

Setting Dates for Next Years Shows.

March 19, 2016 Show and Royalty Contest 2 Open Shows and a Youth Show – At Karcher Mall
Breed and variety judging classes for Royalty will need animals, that current are not owned by or from households of Royalty competitors.

Specialty April 1st-3rd is in Ventura Califonia.

April Show April 23rd at Fair Grounds, 8:00am check in, 9:00am show start. Show is split with Utah club and will have 2 open shows with a sanctioned youth show.

Michigan is biding for 2018,
2017 is hosted by North Carolina in South Carolina
Club has agreed to bid for 2018 0r 2019.
Considering location of OConnor Field House in Caldwell.

Contests for logos and t-shirts and Slogan

Cassandra will contact Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Dept
Hotels will not commit unitl a year out. Linda Loucks will call for and estimate of hotel costs.
