Annual report was read:

Much of it from WCC show, very helpful for treasury
Dana has bills:
Paid for judges airfare with her own card for points
$333.10 (got insurance) for airfare
Awards for December show: $9.62
Judges meal: $35.
Total: $33
Insurance has gone up: use to be $211, now $271.50
Discussed where people get insurance for comparison
Grand Champion software for the year, discount because of few cavy entries: $29.00
Specialty will need to pay for the $59 fee
Trailer expense:
Wanted to have wheel bearings packed, and came up with all these other
Expenses.

Newsletter:
Victoria:
Would like participation from youth members, especially activities or special things they do with their cavies that are fun. Brought up Mason’s wheel chair for his cavy. Other topics to add: Christmas show and convention. The goal of the newsletter is to showcase the positive activities we do as a hobby.
Cassie:
By-laws update
Would like to work out a Facebook Survey, will ask what changes they see, agree with, etc. If we change somethings it should be something the club wants. Expected goal by the end of March.
Awards:
Discussion about set amount for awards. Cassie reported the recommended amount from ARBA. Made a spreadsheet of vendors. Will upload that to the Facebook page. Would need to decide in bulk or unique awards.

Dana stated the 4 cavies could have DQ’s. Youth members would disregard DQ and judge for it.
Futurity:

West Coast Classic:
Discussion regarding the entry fee of $3 to $4.
Show will be held April 5th at 5pm. Single open.

New Rabbit Club:
They have a charter and a sanction.
The show is on 5/11.
Reserved the fairgrounds small animal building.
If we host the show, will need to use our own equipment

Summer Sizzle:
July 13th, but cannot commit to the Karcher Mall as it is being sold.

New tires: Linda has not called anyone. Interstate trailer thought we needed them. She will look into having it done. 2 tires and 2 wheels, $150 each?
4H Fair Awards:
We have donated $100 to the Western Idaho Fair in the past
Moved to donate $100, seconded and passed
Discussion regarding giving out a PCF membership to winners of showmanship.
ACBA Award Fund
Linda would like to see the club donate
In the past, there have been difficulties securing funds for top awards
Discussion held regarding which award, BIS or RIS youth
Moved to donate $250 for one RIS award at Reno 2020, seconded and passed.
Audit Time!
Cassie, Johanna, and Linda will do audit on February 17th, at 11am.

Meridian Feed Mill will open a store.
Will be holding workshops: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm.
They asked if Greg would like to teach a workshop
